About the event
This fortnightly course takes us on a journey to discover, establish and deepen the practice of mindfulness and awareness meditation. Drawing from the Tibetan Buddhist tradition as well as insights and findings from recent scientific research, and led by instructors with many years of meditation experience, this course is suitable for complete beginners as well as those familiar with meditation practice.
Filled with clear and simple advice on how to practise, and how to develop mindfulness and awareness both ‘on the cushion’ (or chair) and in daily life, this course will support you in your own personal journey of discovering, establishing and deepening the practice of meditation.
Each session consists of practice, exploration and discussion, and includes a comprehensive workbook and audio guided meditations to support your practice at home.
This course is suitable for complete beginners as well as those familiar with meditation practice.
