The ngöndro, or ‘preliminary’, practices of the Tibetan Buddhist path have been carefully designed to offer powerful and comprehensive meditative tools for personal transformation and actualizing the truth of the Buddhist view.
Sadhana brings together specific meditation methods of visualisation, mantra, and resting the mind, to work directly with our perception and our mind.
Sometimes translated as ‘Great Completeness’, dzogchen is treasured in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition as a uniquely direct and powerful way to connect with the essence of mind, our ‘Buddha Nature’.
